The Delta Digital and Delta Cheats names, logos, and branding may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or authorization without our express written permission.

2. Digital Products

Our products and services may consist of digitally delivered software, licenses, subscriptions, files, or other digital goods.

Because digital products may be delivered immediately or made available for download after purchase, access to a product may not be revocable solely because the purchaser no longer wishes to use it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Delta Digital and its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, our Services.
